Finca Sophia, in Panama’s highlands, pushes the boundaries of coffee cultivation at altitude, leading to slow fruit maturation and absolutely incredible flavor. You'll get 5 capsules of each of the following coffees, all of which are best consumed black:
- Natural Gesha: floral and almost tropical, with jasmine, butterscotch, guava, and peach
- Anaerobic Gesha: juicy and lush, with honeydew melon, raspberry, black tea, and tea rose
- Washed Gesha: fruity and bright, with orange blossom, oolong tea, strawberry, and cinnamon
