This washed Bourbon from the Yandaro station in Kayanza, Burundi, is delicate, vivid, and deeply sweet. It showcases the vibrant terroir of one of the most overlooked coffee origins in the world, where over half the population is tied to coffee, and quality is the country’s lifeline.
