This washed H1 Centroamericano from La Soledad, a historic farm in the Sierra Madre range, melds heritage and innovation. Run by the Perez family since 1895, La Soledad cultivates this unique hybrid variety to thrive amid climate challenges, producing a cup that’s classic yet elevated.

Cultivated in rich volcanic soil and shaded by native leguminous trees, this harvest carries the signature of its environment: delicate, layered, and unmistakably Central American. Expect a refined coffee profile with silky notes of raspberry and red plum, and a subtle floral lift of violet that lingers on the finish.

And like all our coffees, La Soledad H1 is frozen for peak flavor and zero compromise.
