The Cometeer Stellar Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on May 19, 2025 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on June 19, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period"). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Cometeer, Inc., 21 Great Republic Dr., Gloucester, MA 01930 (“Cometeer,” or "Sponsor"). By participating, each entrant ("Entrant") unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), together with their immediate family members and household members, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

One (1) Grand Prize:
A 12-month supply of Cometeer’s Stellar Series coffee, consisting of twelve (12) monthly shipments of a 4-capsule Stellar Series pack.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $450.00 USD

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value. The ARV of the Prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination and is final and binding. If the actual value of the Prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor will not replace any lost, damaged, or stolen prizes.

   The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who meet the eligibility requirements. Prize will only be awarded to addresses within these locations, subject to all other terms and conditions of these Official Rules. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Eligible participants may enter via the following methods during the Promotion Period:

(a) Free Method of Entry (FAMO):
Submit your full name and email address via the official free entry form at [https://cometeer.com/pages/stellar-entry]. Limit one (1) free entry per person.

(b) Completed Referral:
Earn ten (10) entries for each friend who activates a Cometeer subscription via your referral link. No limit on referral entries.

Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on June 19, 2025. Automated entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted on or about June 20, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner (“Potential Winner”) will be notified via email within five (5) business days after the drawing, at the address provided to verify eligibility. Winner must accept the Prize as directed by Sponsor within one week of notification . Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. If a Potential Winner does not accept the Prize, a replacement winner will be selected in the same manner as described in Section 5. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification due to inactive email accounts, technical difficulties, or the Winner’s failure to monitor their email account. Potential prize winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively "the Prize Claim Documents"). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.

If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or if there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this Sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, before a court located in Boston, Massachusetts. Participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which it may be promoted, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. You are providing your information to the Sponsor, not to any social media platform.

 If you are selected as a winner, you consent to the creation by or on behalf of Cometeer of photographs and audio/audiovisual recordings in connection with the prize administration, which may include your likeness and that of your guests. You hereby grant Cometeer and its affiliates the right to use your name, image, likeness, and any associated materials without compensation, in any medium, in connection with or arising from this Sweepstakes.
